Liftoff - Yoga and Stress Management offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Today yoga is accepted as a comprehensive exercise to promote control of the body and mind. Yoga has become accepted as one of the best ways to achieve health, fitness and balance. Liftoff Yoga classes range from beginners to advanced so there is a class for everyone.
Various workshops are facilitated such as Stress Management (Smile more stress less), Yoga Nidra (healing - guided relaxation) and Meditation.
The Stress management workshop is designed to allow you to spend a day analysing your lifestyle and considering any changes you would like to make to your life. You will look at how you are effected by stress and what kind of stress management tools best suit you. It is a wonderful day of fun and life assessment activities. Includes yoga and meditation.
The Yoga Nidra workshop is very powerful and effective. It provides you with the opportunity to enjoy a full Yoga Nidra relaxation and meditation experience. You will leave the workshop knowlegable and enthusiastic about incorporating Yoga Nidra into your life.
The Meditation workshop is a beautiful day where you will experience different forms of meditation practice and become familiar with the right way to meditate for you. Meditation is extremely powerful and effective - 'a personal experience' . This workshop will enlighten you as to how easily it is to incorporate meditation into your daily life.
